First Superday

Hi, everyone.  I have my first Superday coming up for CIB, and I'm super stressed because I really want to land something going into winter break and have had a pretty tough time with recruiting.  Does anyone have any advice on what to expect?

If its a BB- gonna be a large focus on fit and some intermediate degree of technicals. Know your accounting, DCF/comps valuation, know a deal that's been worked on by the bank. Be able to master your resume, as from what I noticed the BB interviews tend to ask you a lot about on-campus involvement, other internships, interests, etc.

Some BBs had just two interviews (one fit, one half technical/half fit) for their superdays, most likely range from 2-4. Main piece of advice that isn't spoken about on this website is the ability to have endurance. Superdays can be draining, but its important you remain the same amount of polished and enthusiastic for the first interview just as for the fourth interview.

DO NOT underestimate the importance of behaviorals. Make sure your stories for the traditional ones are locked and loaded. Biggest mistake I made was not taking the importance of fit seriously.
