Follow Up before FT interviews

So I have been networking extensively this summer. I've made some really strong connections and was looking to follow up. About a month ago, I had a bunch of phone interviews that went well. They all said that they would pass my resume to HR. I went for drinks with a few of them. I won't be in the city till interviews (pending I get one). I was wondering how I would approach following up so they could remember me as the interviewees are being selected soon? Thanks

Hah, no but for real, you should know the answer to this.

If you made the connection via email, shoot the guy/girl an email. If you made it over the phone, give him/her a call. Remind them who you are, bring up something you talked about so they remember better, and inquire about the process.
