Frustrating Summer

Zero deal flow at my bank, so have only been staffed on some half-ass pitches that went nowhere. Feeling annoyed since I haven't learned a damned thing. To top it off, returns are purported to be super low this year so will need to re-recruit with a shit resume. Any advice?
