FT 2022 MBA Associate Recruiting

Has anyone secured an offer or traded up within the BB/EB space in big cities like NYC/SF?

I have done some superdays with BBs but no result yet (either offer or rejection)

Wondered how others are doing now.

FT MBA recruiting is happening in full force but is a very random process (everyone at my school is just emailing people they know or cold emailing). I also heard of BB super days. I know a lot of BBs are waiting for their interns to accept or decline offers right now also and the process will likely be dragged out. EBs seem to be quiet but MMs seem fairly active.

DId FT Recruiting for an M7 without summer banking experience (worked in VC instead). Got offer from a BB, EB and a lower MM. Started recruiting/ cold emailing people end of July and all offers came through networking/ support from those who i talked to.

For those who haven't done a banking internship, it is extremely extremely challenging to get a FT Associate spot. I know 10-15 people in the same situation (no banking internship but recruiting for FT roles) and 90%+ have not even got interview invites.
