FT Job Decision?

I am currently far in the interviewing process for 3 positions and will most likely receive decisions soon. I expect that they would all want a quick decision from me as well and I am unsure about all three. My eventual goal was to work at a hedge fund. Unfortunately, I couldn't get MM/BB ibanking or ER roles. So, what are everyone's thoughts about these?

  1. corporate finance program at government agency in DC. Standard 2-year rotational program.

  2. Private endowment fund of funds (all secondary) with $3 bill AUM. It is in my hometown, which is in the middle of nowhere. 3-year contract.

  3. Ibanking division of non-Big 4 accounting firm. Practice just started a few years ago, so team of only about 7 people. Does deals in the $10mm range, a lot of capital raising lately. It is also in my hometown.

All three have decently similar pay. Although, I would live at home for latter two. I am mainly concerned with exit opps with a dash of not wanting to be stuck in my hometown.
