FT Recruiting
Anyone going through recruiting right now and just feel incredibly hopeless? Personally turned down a few IB 2023 SA roles last year to try something in an adjacent area (investing) and no return offers were extended (not performance) - figured FT recruiting would always be an option but obviously markets are softer than expected. Obviously part of it is that I took a risk and it didn’t work out, and I’ll need to grind and hustle just like a lot of other kids but just feel crappy.
Same boat brother cast a wide net, network and hope for the best. If it’s meant to be it’ll happen. And if not we’ll make it happen
