Full Time Recruiting Failures

I've been working on recruiting FT all summer. I got the return offer at my bank from the summer but I don't wanna be there (shitty bank). I've been working hard, networking, studying technicals everyday after work. However, nothing is coming of it. FT applications have opened and closed and I have only gotten 3 interviews: all MM but one is for a role I'm not interested in. I've already been rejected by one and am still waiting on the other 2. I don't know what to do - there have been only a handful of applications that open and the banks that I've built solid connections with simply are not opening.

Is networking my problem? But why overly network if there is no guarantee in opportunities becoming available? I know FT is more of a crapshoot so I've been trying my targeted approach to no avail. Really need some glimmer of hope here. I transferred to a top 15 school as a junior which ate away at my recruiting for last summer and now I feel screwed. If anyone has any tips lmk

how have you been doing in this process? pm me if you'd like. would be helpful to have someone to talk to

Definitely man. Just talked to one of my 1st yr friends from an EB tho and he really helped me find motivation. There will be opportunities to come, just keep on working on getting prepared. Since we have offers at a bank, we'll be fine in the long run
