Full Time Return Offer as a Junior

Hi everyone,

I have finished a summer analyst internship at an American BB this summer and got a return offer for 2022 full time analyst. However, I'll be in my junior year beginning this fall, meaning that i will not graduate until at least 2023... I absolutely can't finish the rest of my subjects in one year...

What are my options?

Genuinely looking for some advice here.... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  1. Consider how much you value your minor (or if you can graduate without the minor on time)
  1. Talk to HR and explain the situation
  1. If you either cannot graduate without the extra semester (minor or no minor) or for whatever reason, value the minor more than the job, try to convert to another summer
  1. If that fails, see if they’ll still honor the offer without the minor
