General Networking Advice?
Hi, rising sophomore heading into recruiting season. Just finished assembling my tracker. I heard JPM did away with networking/referrals below VP level. I was wondering if any other firms have implemented similar policies. Also, how many people at each bank should I reach out to? I have about 20+ names of As/VP/MD's at each bank. I am afraid of messaging multiple people on the same group and getting blacklisted.
