I've been getting coffee chats with a good amount of UMM/MF shops. Its been a couple weeks since I've done some of them and I haven't gotten interview invites. Did I get dinged, or do you guys think their processes have just not started? Is there a normal time expectation from coffee chats to when they kick off processes?
