Getting into finance as a premed undergrad

Hello All,

I graduated back in 2020 with Bachelor's in Biology at a private liberal art school and have been pretty much a standard Pre-med in the past years. Most of my previous experience has been in lab or hospital-related and nothing finance. I did take 2 introductory economics courses, and also taking another course at a local community college right now, but not sure how much help I can get from them. My math and coding skills are solid and I do enjoy analyzing and solving puzzles, but not that good at doing precise stuff with my hands (which I learned from my experience in the lab and clinic). I am hoping to find a finance intern and go for a master in finance, then, probably do something in a finance-data related field. However, I feel like if I don't start an internship I cannot go any further but in order to get an internship, I don't even know how to write a cover letter since I have zero experience. May I get some advice and tips on how I can proceed? Thanks a lot. (my undergrad GPA was 3.8 and will take GRE in June)
