Getting Nothing For Summer 2024 (Class of '26) Recruiting
I'm a sophomore at a Canadian target with past internships, a good GPA and solid extracurriculars and I've gotten no offers for 2024 summer, just a few interviews that didn't convert into an offer. I've also done some networking which has gotten me an interview or two.
Is there any advice or general feedback/comments from more experienced forum-goers on here?

Firstly, it's great that you've been networking and it's landed you a few interviews. That's a positive sign! It means your efforts are not going unnoticed. Keep at it, and remember, every 'no' gets you closer to a 'yes'.
Secondly, reflect on your interviews. Were there any questions that stumped you or areas where you felt less confident? Use this as a learning experience to improve for the next round.
