Ghosted
Ignore title - current Analyst. Got ghosted by a PE firm’s head recruiter (not HH) after they asked what times I was available to interview. I had been in active conversations with them but had not had a formal interview yet. I followed up twice over the next 2 weeks but got nothing, is this normal? Confused and frustrated because this was my top choice that I thought it was going very well.
