“Good luck on your journey” and “You’ll hear back from HR” at the end of an interview

Does this mean that I was rejected? Had an interview yesterday and this is what the interviewers said at the end. Got all the technicals right, but some behaviorals were iffy.

What are some hints of being dinged during the interview?

Don't read into it.

At the end of my Summer Internship, the Group Head said he looks forward to staying in touch and hearing about my next chapter, and I got a return offer.

One of my MDs said this to me too and I didn’t get a return offer. Currently unemployed and no one will hire me.

So it truly does mean nothing.
