Got the number by cold-emailing but she's currently not working.

Making long story short, I approached a professional by cold emailing through Alumni contact directory from my finance club website, and she responded to me right away, telling me that she will be willing to help me out for my current job search (not sure if that's exactly what she meant) She left her phone number, and told me we can online-chat if I want. How nice that is! : )

However, she told me that she's currently not working now.

What are the ways that I can make this relationship work, so eventually it can create an opportunity for me to ask her for an internship?

Strictly speaking, how would she able to help for my job search, if she is currently not working?
