GPA Dropped After Accepting Offer

I recently accepted an SA offer with PE shop, and on my resume, I put I had a 3.90 GPA, which was true at the time. I recently had a rough semester due to medical and personal reasons, and my GPA dropped to 3.79 after this semester. I am worried HR will flag this and reneg my offer over it. It's a very small team, so I also don't want to make it seem like I tried to deceive them or lied during the interview process. Should I try to get a hold of my transcript, which aligned with my GPA when I was applying, and send that for the background check? Has anyone had experience dealing with this?
