Graduating in December, FT IB in June, any suggestions on what to do?

I am graduating in December and have around 5 months before I start full-time in NY which is nice to have a break but I am someone who needs to keep myself busy and I am struggling to think of what to do during this time. I already went abroad and did my fair share of traveling around Europe which is what I hear most people do during their gap. Any things you wish you did when you were younger before you started working? All ideas are appreciated thanks guys.
