Any advice for leaving a great team / WLB for another opportunity that has better comp & exit opportunities? Logically, the better opportunity makes total sense. However, emotionally, it is difficult to give up a great role for the unknown. Has anyone recently gone through a similar experience? How did you come to grips emotionally to making the lateral?
