Haven't heard back from Superday for 3 weeks
I emailed last week to follow up and the recruiter said they haven't made all decisions? Is this bad? Its at a BB for a middle market summer analyst role in SF.
If I had to guess, they’ve given out offers and are waiting to see who accepts.
I’m assuming you’ve essentially been wait-listed, and if some people decline their offers then you’re in luck.
Either that or their HR department just sucks
