Currently at HF, thinking about moving to VC. I wouldn't mind leaving before the end of the year, but I don't want to miss out on my bonus.
I have an initial call with a recruiter in the next few weeks, and I'm just wondering if it's too early or if it would be bad to mention this? I know people say the recruiter doesn't work for you, but the company, so I'm trying to make a good impression, but want to be honest/upfront with them.
Lets say that giving up bonus isn't an option for the sake of conversation, unless the salary was significantly higher than my current base.
