HELP: information overload

Hi guys,

I've found that during quarantine period when browsing the internet, either for work purposes or leisure, I find it extremely hard to process and keep track of the vast amounts of information out there. E.g. I've gotten into working out, and there are so many great tips out there in videos or blogs that I've seen and have forgotten. Even on WSO, there's so much great career advice that I must have misplaced. Same principal applies when researching for work purposes (e.g company or industry research) - there's just too much out there to process and keep track of.

Does anyone else struggle with this or do you find it easy to combat information overload? If you do find it easy, please let me know how you do it! I'm wasting so much time going back over the same content again.

Thanks a lot for your help!
