Help with two offers within startups?

Currently working for a REPE firm as an associate, super underpaid and overworked. Looking at moving into more of a corporate strategy role and have two offers from startup companies.

Question is, are my exits limited by the Fintech company role a fund and ops role versus a specific strategy role within the Healthcare company? Would I be able to transition into another Fintech firm within strategy? Hours will be much better, and I'll get a decent pay bump at the cost of some potential upside of moving up in my firm and getting carry (who knows when that could happen).

Current Role

REPE Associate

Base: $85K + Bonus ($35k - $50k) = $120k - $135k

Hours: 60-70

Option One:

Healthcare Platform: GTM Strategy Associate

Base: $130k + Discretionary Bonus + Possible Equity? = $150k all-in(?)

Hours: 45-50

Option Two:

Fintech VC Platform: Fund and Ops Associate

Base: $140k + 10% Bonus + Equity (10% of Base) = $168k All-in

Hours: 50
