How Do Superdays Work?
Does anyone know how the superday decision process works? It seems like very often candidates hear back immediately or a few days later at the most. Is it that the three interviewers of a specific pool of candidates get together and first throw out those without unanimous approval and then debate on the remaining candidates? Or does the most senior interviewer hold the most weight and take in the judgments of his colleagues before making a decision himself?
PM me please if you would rather not disclose the info onto the general site/
.
There isn't really one uniform way that the decision process works at all banks. In general - senior bankers make the final decision. Typically junior bankers have a say, but can easily be overruled.
