How do you guys change your banking oriented resumes when applying to other positions?

So my resume makes me look like I am dead-set on banking (which I am). Banking SA recruiting doesn't start for a few more months though, so I wanted to drop in the mean time for some other positions and get interview experience in. For those of you with previous banking internships, you do you "adapt" your resume to better fit corporate finance/consulting applications? Do you just take out "investment banking analyst" and write "summer intern" instead? Or do you go so far as to change your bullets. Really interested in your advice, thanks!

I personally think that tailoring your resume for a particular job has a huge effect. Of course its a pain in the job doing so for some job that's your #7 choice. So I imagine most people just change it a little.
