Just look at their websites, you can get a feel for what they're trying to market themselves as. Then you can show why you fit in best at that bank.

For example, you can tell GS is going for a more community-oriented, down-to-earth feel, and JPM/MS are going the more professional-seeming route. Really it's very dependent on your interviewer, there are many reasons to be there and they have their own different ones.

 

Thanks so much. Is there any guide describing each bank's unique features? It may be subjective because “There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people's eyes”.
