How does one gets pass hirevue?
Seems to be a deciding factor on getting an interview but am not sure how to connect through am AI interview.

Thank you. Think I've been trying to do all that but still not getting the results. I have had success with first round in person in 2 instances and working on super day skills trying to land an offer . With the firms with Hirevue, I am not even getting a first look it seems. Frustrating.
Adding to this, make sure your camera is higher quality and the light source in your room is set up well. The camera needs to be aligned with the direction where the light is coming in so all of your features are highlighted. Don't make it so that whoever is watching it has to squint their eyes to get a good look at you. They're much more likely to send forward someone who they can see clearly and is more visually appealing than someone who looks like they're hunched over their screen in a dark room.
