Hi guys
I guess it's a kind of silly question but I thought to ask it anyway.
If I land a job in S&T or IB at a BB, in the years following that can I easily help a friend to get a job at the same place?
I mean, assume my friend is a big time nontarget.
To get him an interview all it would take for me to say, hey, this is a cool guy, lets interview him?

Can't answer with confidence on this, but I think there's more to it than that- especially if your friend is at a big-time non target for a reason...
