How early can I lateral?
Wanted to hear people’s take on this:
Graduated from a target school 3.5 years. Started off my career in buy-side for 3 years and wanted to switch to IB. Made the switch happen 5 months ago in a group that I’m not fully set on (couldn’t be to selective with which bank)
Team is not what I’m looking for (small team, no structure, etc) and I want to lateral asap
How soon is too soon? Trying to get a gauge and if you have any other advice / thoughts, I’ll love to hear it. Thanks
