How exaxctly do I find internship opportunities (NOT a recent grad)?
To provide a little background, I graduated about 1.5 years ago, so I'm not a recent grad. I come from a non-finance background but I want to start working in the field. I live in Toronto, Canada.
I've been looking for internship opportunities, but most of them want students. As someone who has already graduated, it's becoming more and more difficult for me to jump start a new career.
How should I go about doing this? I haven't taken any finance/econ/business courses in undergrad, so will it make me look more attractive if I enrolled in a finance course or CFA? I'm not looking for a paid internship at the moment.
