How many superdays is it “normal” to have?
i’m honestly just kinda curious what the normal amount is, im assuming like 3ish? what do u do if u can only land one etc?
how many did u have when u were recruiting, and what do u think is typical?
just trying to see what i should aim for outside of the “as many as you can” answer
Why would you not aim for as many as you can? Why would you try for a certain number of superdays lol? How would you even orchestrate that?
There's no average and if there is, it's probably pretty close to zero given overall success rate is like 1-3%.
Had 6 superdays, 2 offers. From t20 semi/non target
It really does depend on your uni and if you’re a diversity hire. Three super days is definitely on the higher end
Had 1 and got an offer, it really just depends on your performance/some luck
(European Target background, offer at a BB)
Not sure why Superday numbers matter just get the offer
