How Should I Go About Recruiting/Career
Hi everyone, I am currently a sophomore at a target school and am interested in going into IB/PE. I've always been passionate about aerospace and would ideally like to work on the A&D teams at banks, granted they have one, or at least work in the industrials coverage group. I have a 3.5 gpa, relevant experience pertaining to IB on my resume, as well as solid leadership experience from extracurriculars. I have a sophomore summer internship with GE Aerospace under their FMP division, however I would like to leverage this into an A&D IB summer analyst role. I would appreciate any advice regarding how I should go about my future career path, as I'd really like to do IB.
