How should you behave yourself during a superday lunch with the team?

Are there any rules around having lunch with a member of the PE firm? They always say "oh feel free to be honest" during these lunches, but I feel like asking about WLB is a big no. What are some other questions / topics we can discuss? How they like the city?

I also find it hard to eat because we keep talking. Should I just order a salad?

Not sure how to appear likable, given I feel like that's a big part of the superday (after all, all the candidates are qualified at this point).

HAHAHAHA. Be serious, polished, extremely polite to the restaurant employees (thank you & please after everything you say). Let them lead the conversation. If they are more relaxed/casual be that. Try to mimic the team (unless they are being vulgar or total douches you want to still come off as polished but still relatable/likable without being too comfortable and that may seem too comfortable). Lastly, if you need to make conversation, I think asking what they think about the city is a great start. Ask things they like to do and try to get to know each other on a personal level but don't ask anything that could be seen as invasive. You got this king.
