How the FUCK should I know what to do with my life?!?!?!

Hello,
I know that my long term vision is to be an investor and acquiring assets - actually for the intellectual challenge and not only for the money (which let's be honest, if the opportunity to make big money wasn't there it wouldn't be nearly as fun).
BUT HOW THE FUCK SHOULD I KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE WHAT TO DO:
Investing in companies / real estate / art / commodities , private markets / public markets, even let's say I'll decide on real estate - REPE / REIT / etc....

I'm asking you guys super seriously - how can I make a good decision?

No one really knows what to do or what the right answer is. When it comes to career decisions, we make a live assessment of the decision’s potential risks & rewards, and then try to make the most prudent decision given evidence available at the time.

One example is back in undergrad, I withdrew from a MBB interview because I wanted to just lock down my summer offer at hand and “get the internship search over with”. I accepted a finance job that eventually led to where I am now (I’m still in finance). Would I have made a better consultant than an investor? Maybe, perhaps, likely? I’ll never know - I made a judgment call at the time and just rolled with life.

Question: do you even have money to do any of these things? If the answer is no, you should get a job first. And you may never know what you want to do, you figure it out along the way by trying different things, if you’re fortunate enough to have the opportunity
