How to convert internship to fulltime position
I am doing an off cycle internship in February and I wanted to ask how you can convert an internship to a fulltime position.
After the internship, do you have to apply for a ft role? Do you have to do more interviews and can just skip the screening process? Has anyone any inputs?
Also I am doing my internship in Germany dont know if this makes any difference.
Thanks
Hey
Where are you doing your off cycle?
Think Evercore, Moelis, Lazard,
So about halfway through your internship your team would have a pretty good idea if they want to hire you back or not. The decision is made much earlier than the final week of the internship.
