How to Fail Gracefully
Good morning,
The title speaks for itself. I'm a freshman at a low semi-target and I don't have a 4.0 GPA. I am very* passionate for the dealmaking and soft-skills aspects of IB and all, but obviously that doesn't get job offers. I understand I'm gonna be written off by most people, if not everyone. If I should fail to break into IB, how can I reorient myself to end up in the "next best thing?" Whatever that is.
Private credit wouldn’t be a bad spot to look, growing industry naturally creates more and more openings every year, also seems to be a solid gig with solid comp and better WLB than PE.
