How to follow-up with a recruiter?
I went to a recruiting even yesterday, and I happened to meet a recruiter for IB. She gave me her email, and now I'm about to follow up with the "lovely to meet you"..."lets connect"...."would love to meet the rest of the team". (she offered to introduce me to the team)
How can I approach this? Should I ask her more questions on a call before I meet the team, if so, which ones?
And just as general advice, how much should I small talk with the recruiters before "please introduce me to the team"?
