I am 27 and need to get some deal/transaction experience. I am looking at making the switch from PWM to IB. I studied economics & finance and I'm a CFA L3 candidate. It appears that all the accounting firms just hire internally from audit/assurance. Do I even have a chance at an accounting firm in the corp fin or transaction advisory teams? Anyone have a recommendation on where I can get deal experience?
