How to get this gig

Hi all,

My undergrad degree was in finance and have worked in a non-proft after graduation. I reevaluted what i want and am ready to make the leap in to finance and IB....how much would taking Wallstreet prep courses and CFA exam help? Is there any chance of successfully making this transition.....i do not have internship or work experience in Finance, did not go to ivy league school?

Help!

How much work experience do you have? If less than one, you could look to re-brand yourself via msf/mms programs in the US. Your best bet though would be to network your ass off, because going back to school is an expensive endeavor. I would also forget about the CFA if your goal is IB.

Try to get an internship if you can, study for the gmat if things don't work out, and see where you stand. Send me a PM if you have some questions.
