How to lateral with less than a year experience?
I’m about 6 months in since June and am looking to lateral from MM Baird/Piper/HW to MOE/Jeff/LAZ/PWP.
Should I engage with head hunters, submit an app, or is there another way? I have inside connections at one of my target banks.
Getting a referral from your connection is probably the best option, HH's/cold applying will likely not work as well with ~6 months of experience but will likely not hurt to try them.
