how to make BANK in CRE?

I'm a sophomore considering CRE for Junior 2027 internship, so I want to learn about potential careers. What I'm looking for:

1. I LOVE people & energy, I HATE monotony & tedious tasks. Totally comfortable w/ learning new concepts, creative problem solving, and an inconsistent schedule. Accounting is my nightmare job
2. I have WANT to work hard, but don't want to burn out after 15 months. Somewhere between a 9-5 and IB hours
3. Like everyone, I want a fat paycheck. 3
4. Unsure of my long term path, so a role w/ easily transferable skills (It'd be sick go into IR at a REPE firm down the line)

OBVIOUSLY there's never going to be a perfect role. Brokerage sounds fun but I'm afraid of not making money lol. RECM could be cool but how similar is it IB/ECM/DCM

Apparently CRE firms are a lot more casual with recruiting so any advice on that would also be awesome. I just honestly don't really know where to start
