OP.. starting salary is about 60k, plus overtime, plus a 10k signing bonus at MS. In regards for preparation, most Ops interviews are largely behavioral and fit based.
I have one coming in Baltimore for MS and the starting salary is 42k, are they serious? is it worth it? I eventually wanna move to NY, how easy are lateral moves? Can one switch from one operations job in City A to another in City B within the same cmpany?
Sorry to see the big discrepancy between salaries.. I would say if you get the job, just make sure they know you want NY at some point.. Although, for MS, only certain Ops jobs are in MD, whereas trade support and majority of others are in ny metro.

Would the final round operations interview consist of only on behavior questions with resume walk-through? The first round was just resume walk through and behaviour so.
