How to Respond to Pushy Recruiters about Salary?
I’m so close to getting an offer and the recruiter is pushing for me to give a salary range. What is the best thing to shut them the fuck up and let the company make the offer? Or how to get the street rate?
i'm looking to be paid the competitive market rate for my skills and experience...the market rate has nothing to do with my previous salary.
