How to stand out as a nontarget in coffee chats
I’m currently recruiting for FT post-grad 2026 with only accounting internships (financial reporting department & CFO advisory) and have the wsp v&m cert. I’ve had networking calls at different banks and I’m curious about what makes a networking call stand out (i.e. questions asked, prior internships, personality, etc.) Especially in the circumstance of nontarget with no finance internships.
