How would you answer this question?

I got asked a question yesterday during an FLDP phone interview, it was "What are your strengths/weaknesses in terms of finance or accounting?"

I was prepared for general strengths and weaknesses questions but was really thrown off by the in terms of finance or accounting part. What would be a good answer to this?

Depending on the job say that you are strong/weak at corp fin/ some type of quantitive finance. In case of corp fin say it's that you are more of a strategic thinker and you prefer to have better understanding of the company, than being a number cruncher. For quantitive stuff say that you like challenging tough stuff, and don't find corpfin to be of an interest.
