Human Resources Analyst positions

Hi, all.

I'm a senior at Fordham University with an expected graduation date of May 22, 2010. I'm a psychology major and human resources management minor with a 3.1 GPA. I have completed several internships in human resources. So, I am fairly familiar with several Human Resources Information Systems like Lawson and PeopleSoft. Could any of you kindly share some advice on how to obtain a job at the human resources department of some of the major banks like JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, or Bank of America?
