I have accidently lied about my GPA what should I do , should i cancel my offer or ride with the punches
Okay, so this is what happened before I get shat on. The minimum GPA requirement was a GPA of 3.4 my GPA was 3.4 at the time I sent in my CV. I fucking flunked my last exam and got bumped down to a 3.2. I have already accepted and starting in July background checks arent done yet if I come clean I'm sure I will lose the internship as it's my last year to get one and it is too late for another should I just risk it? Also by the time, I am mid-way through the internship my grades should be above 3.4 as I aced these assignments and exams.

Dude, you didn't lie at all. You put the accurate GPA at the time of submitting your CV and then it changed after the fact. I wouldn't proactively say anything, but if it comes up or someone asks you then it is a simple explanation. And nobody actually cares what your GPA is once you start at the internship, it's all about performance.
No need to volunteer at this stage unless they have said you must keep them posted on GPA, etc. type of changes.
