I started a side company as an undergrad, should it be on my resume?

Monkeys, I've started a small company (that doesn't involve my finance degree) with a buddy of mine as an undergrad, and it obviously takes up a part of my day, but I know I could work an 8-5 without it coming in the way after I graduate. Should I put this on my resume since it shows initiative? Or does it look bad because it makes it seem like I may quit a few years down the road to focus on my business? Any serious feedback would be appreciated.
