IB Diversity Program

Hi! I am a rising sophomore and was wondering the general timeline for when diversity programs are posted, how the application process works, and which banks offer them. If anyone has any personal experience I would really appreciate!

Just a personal concern because my GPA is going to increase dramatically by the end of summer/fall quarter, but if we have to apply earlier than this, I'm a little worried.

Some start rolling out starting in August/September but MOST will start in January next year. I would make a list of firms you're targeting and then keep checking to see when they drop apps for diversity programs. IIRC A lot of firms were out by November too. You can also join the talent communities of banks and they might email you to let you know when their apps open.

TLDR: Some fall, most early next year

Was this acknowledged by any of the banks? Or just general ruling that probably won’t be enforced
