IB Full Time Recruiting (Summer 2023 Start)
What is full-time recruiting looking like for next year? Are banks freezing hiring or will there be spots for students to recruit for full-time? Currently wrapping up SA internship and pretty sure I will receive a return offer, but I'm looking to move up to a better firm for full-time. Due to current market conditions and rumors that offer rates are lower this year, it doesn't seem like there will be many opportunities for full time.
