IB Recruiting after 3 PE Internships in UG?

Hi gents,

I’ll be a senior next year (Non-Target School). I had 2 primary questions I’d love your help on - first being how hard would it be to recruit for full time IB roles having done 3 PE Internships in UG? 2 in the LMM (small boutiques) one at a $6-8B MM fund. My second question was any idea as to how to gear my answer to the “why IB” question given I’ve pursued PE throughout UG? Thanks in advance fellas

Could you tell us first why IB since you focused so much on PE?
